New Vibration Meter Calibration Services
New Vibration Calibration Services from Cirrus Research
Cirrus is pleased to introduce a new offering to its range of calibration services which now covers the verification of vibration measurement instruments.
This new capability offers traceable calibration for vibration measurement instruments, such as those used for Hand-Arm Vibration (HAV) and Whole-Body assessments and gives users who are measuring both noise and vibration a single source for all of their calibration needs.
服务经理克雷格·斯科特,负责所有的Cirrus’ service and calibration functions comments: “This new addition to our range allows us to offer a truly comprehensive calibration service to anyone who needs verification that their vibration measurement equipment is accurate and that their measurements are compliant.”
He continues: “We recently expanded our noise and acoustic calibration service to cover equipment from any manufacturer and this has proved to be very successful. There are many customers who have equipment from a range of suppliers and manufacturers.
By adding vibration calibration, we can support a wider range of customers and offer them a service that maintains Cirrus’ unique values across all of their equipment and calibration needs.”
Craig also notes “Our aim is to offer customers, whether they are using Cirrus equipment or not, a one stop shop for all of their noise and vibration calibration needs.”
The service covers the verification of equipment in accordance with ISO 8041/A.1 using mechanical excitation. All of the equipment used is calibrated directly to National Standards according to ISO 10012.
